Road Trip Pictures
Well my summer road trip is over and I am finally home. Coming home means getting back to reality; cooking, cleaning and … work. My husband and I had a blast on our trip and I wanted to share it with our readers.
Our trip planning started with a wedding invitation to Kansas City. We originally planned on flying but after I heard my cousin was trying to get his car shipped to him in Illinois we devised a plan and made a road trip. We left on a Tuesday after work and drove from California to Arizona in four hours. We slept in the car in Arizona for five hours before continuing on all the way to Kansas City Missouri. We took photos with as many state signs as we could find.
We stopped in St Louis Missouri to see the Arch and a Cardinals game.

We continued to South Illinois to see my Great Aunt and her family.
Our last leg of the trip was in Chicago where we visited the Navy Pier on Lake Michigan.
Saw a WWII captured german U-Boat.
And saw a Cubs Game at Wrigley Field.
As you can probably tell the trip was pretty eventful and we almost need another vacation to rest up! We made some great memories and are looking forward to our next adventure.
