Elastic Hair Band Up-Do
A girl I used to work with would style her hair in a similar way to this, but I never was able to fully do it as amazing as she did. I’m not really sure what the real name of this hairstyle is; so this is my version. It is very easy to do, but I am not sure what occasions it looks good for. It makes me think of old classy women and huge curls. But hey, we all need to be classy now and then.
What you will need:
- A large elastic head band
- …yea that’s all! Maybe a few bobby pins if hair is too much to tame
My camera picked an awful time to stop working; luckily my mom let me borrow hers to make this post. Sorry if the pictures are not like usual!
Start with hair down. Place elastic head band on head right behind ears and back a little big from forehead.
Pull hair back and together with both hands, like a low pony tail.
Bunch hair together and curl towards hair. Tuck hair inside into elastic band. Continue tucking until all hair is secure in back.
Do the same on sides of head to make sure hair do is secure. Use bobby pins if needed.
