Cinnamon Toast Toffee Crunch
I have had a hard time getting motivated to cook because of this crazy heat wave. It has been around 100 degrees and humid for the last week (85-95 in our house because the a/c can not keep up). As a Californian I am used to 100 degree days and know how to handle but humidity is another story. We usually have dry heat here in Southern California and rarely humidity. I hope the heat wave takes a break soon because I am getting tired of finding ways around cooking. Last night I HAD to make something so I picked a recipe that only used the oven for 12 minutes. I also waited until 9 pm to make it so it was cooler and we didn’t need to be in the kitchen excessively. If you can tolerate turning on you oven for a bit give this recipe a try.
I found Cinnamon Toast Toffee Crunch on the Betty Crocker website.
